MYSTICA VISIO
San Francesco, Jacopone e le arti

Todi: Sala delle Pietre dei Palazzi Comunali, Museo Civico di Todi, Tempio di San Fortunato

Curated by Massimo Mattioli

On Sunday, May 24, the group exhibition Mystica Visio: Saint Francis, Jacopone and the Arts will open in Todi, and I am very pleased to be taking part in it.

The exhibition unfolds across several venues — the Sala delle Pietre of the Municipal Palaces, the Museo Civico di Todi, and the Tempio di San Fortunato — and is held under the high patronage of the National Committee for the celebrations marking the eighth centenary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi.

Curated by the art critic Massimo Mattioli, the exhibition will remain open until July 31, 2026, presenting a journey that places contemporary art in dialogue with the thought of Saint Francis of Assisi and Jacopone da Todi.
